Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations or Vendor Management, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase projects with external stakeholders
• Expert-level skills in creating dashboards and reporting materials
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet)
• Experience developing standardized operational practices for vendor lifecycle management
