Senior Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting governance and financial oversight in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Vendor Management Analyst will manage supplier coordination, contract administration, and performance monitoring across multiple healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison for governance meetings, managing agendas, minutes, and action item tracking
• Track supplier commitments, risks, SLAs, KPIs, and performance trends through established governance channels
• Manage supplier invoice processes, including intake, validation, submission, and payment status reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in invoice and supplier management
• 2 years of healthcare operations experience
• Experience with Medicaid
• Familiarity with accounts payables/accounts receivables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
