Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Vendor Management & Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Vendor and Procurement team, implementing management strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and contract negotiations while conducting audits to ensure adherence to policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage vendor relationships and support budgeting processes related to vendor expenditures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience, including 6-8+ years in vendor management
• Strong expertise in negotiation, contract management, and compliance
• Proficiency in procurement software and vendor risk assessment tools
• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
