Senior Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Vendor Management Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization and continuous improvement of vendor management practices across Enterprise Operations and Clinical Services
• Document vendor management processes and create a roadmap for standards and process improvements
• Support vendor managers with collaborative workshops, reporting, and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in operations and health insurance
• 3+ years in a leadership role preferred
• Expertise in process improvement and change management
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders
