Job Summary

Leading the relationships and strategy for vendor management, the full-time Senior Vendor Management Manager will oversee a portfolio of vendor relationships to support project execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes while balancing performance, cost, and risk in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and execute selection, qualification, and performance management processes
• Monitor vendor performance and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks
• Lead and develop a team of Vendor Management professionals, establishing priorities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or related functions
• Experience managing vendor portfolios in project-based, construction, or operational environments
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience leading vendor performance programs and governance processes
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and team development
