Senior Vendor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vendor Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with delivery operations and vendor partners to drive operational excellence
• Manage implementation of vendor-facing projects to balance cost, quality, impact, and risk
• Contribute to Vendor Quality Management Framework to improve consulting engagements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or operations delivery
• 5+ years of vendor management experience overseeing delivery activities and implementations
• 1+ years in the cloud and/or SaaS industry using data and automation
• 3+ years in internal or external customer-facing roles
• Experience managing the performance of an outsourcing partner
