Senior Vendor Manager

Job Summary

Managing Tier 1 vendor programs and relationships, the full-time remote Senior Vendor Manager will oversee approximately 100 contracts worth $200M, ensuring vendor performance meets KPIs and facilitating strategic integration between vendors and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on vendor program performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and ROI
• Develop and execute vendor strategies, coordinating meetings and facilitating integration with business objectives
• Support issue management processes, acting as a liaison for timely resolution of vendor-related concerns

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience in vendor management or contract negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and Medicare business components
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with project management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
