Senior Vendor Program Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on direct engagement and relationship management with Enterprise third parties, the full-time Senior Vendor Program Analyst will ensure compliance across Legal, IT, and Risk teams while managing enterprise tools, contracts, and account relationships in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create or modify policies and procedures to establish governance of key Enterprise or High-Critical third parties
• Facilitate collaboration between existing Enterprise third parties and key stakeholders, including IT, Legal, and business leaders
• Coordinate the collection, review, inventory, and renewal processes for existing contracts within the Mergers and Acquisition space

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or technology-related project/account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; experience with procurement tools is a plus
• Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and vendor risk assessments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
