Senior Vibration Analysis Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vibration Analysis Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vibration analyses of reactor components using classical tools and FEA software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on static and dynamic analysis with FEA software
• Establish and maintain documentation of analysis results and design solutions

Required Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited university
• 10+ years of experience with a B.S. degree, or 8+ years with M.S. degree, or 5+ years with Ph.D. degree
• Proficient in FEA for Seismic, Acoustic, Vibration, and Mechanical Structures
• Experience with commercial mechanical analysis/modeling tools, especially ANSYS and SolidWorks
• Hands-on experience in seismic analysis of equipment or components
