Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex actuarial projects, providing counsel on retirement, benefit, or underwriting issues
• Oversee actuarial projects, conduct research, and communicate findings to clients while mentoring junior staff
• Implement strategic goals and enhance client satisfaction through significant recommendations and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience
• Knowledge of relevant regulations related to benefits and underwriting
• Professional accreditation as Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent is desired
