Job Summary
Driving revenue growth across the Americas, the full-time Senior Vice President, Americas will lead a dynamic sales team, develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver revenue targets and foster a high-performance culture within the Americas sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize sales processes to drive revenue growth
- Build and lead a high-performance organization of sales leaders and direct sellers, focusing on team development and performance
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of senior sales management experience in strategy planning, execution, and operations
- Experience managing a large book of business, upwards of $100M in ARR
- BS in Business Administration or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- Expertise in Enterprise Software, SaaS, and cybersecurity/identity industry experience preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with proven results in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
