Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution of enterprise application development, the full-time Senior Vice President, Application Development will lead the transformation of DUAL's application ecosystem for Commercial and Personal Lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and leveraging innovative technology solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise application development strategy across Commercial and Personal Lines
• Align technology roadmap with underwriting, distribution, and product expansion goals
• Drive API-first, cloud-based modernization initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years in application development and leadership roles
• Proven experience leading development for insurance platforms, including policy administration and underwriting systems
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-platform initiatives across digital portals and API ecosystems
• Proven experience leading high-growth, fast-paced teams
• Strong track record of driving modernization and digital transformation initiatives
