Senior Vice President, Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Business Development & Capture.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute growth strategy focused on expanding footprint in USCYBERCOM and broader defense markets
• Own the identification, qualification, and capture of opportunities across Cyber, AI/ML Analytics, Cloud, or DevSecOps
• Build relationships with customers and partners to align offerings with evolving needs

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in delivering growth in relevant sectors
• Experience securing funded opportunities of at least ~$75M for DoD customers
• Background in capture management activities and understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate with technical leads and proposal teams
• Self-motivated and organized, able to align with broader business development strategies
