Job Summary
Driving the full business development lifecycle, the full-time Senior Vice President, Business Development will identify, shape, capture, and win new business opportunities while managing a high-performing team in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, capture, proposal development, and bid/no-bid decisions
- Lead the development and execution of capture plans, win strategies, and competitive assessments for pursuits valued at $25M+
- Establish and nurture relationships with agency decision-makers and industry influencers to drive pipeline growth
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Federal business development with a track record of winning capture efforts valued at $75M+
- Deep understanding of the Federal acquisition lifecycle and familiarity with FAR/DFARS, IDIQ/BPA/GWACs
- Experience building and managing a qualified pipeline of $1B+ in total contract value
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior government leaders and present growth strategies to C-suite leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
