Job Summary

Driving client success in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Vice President Client Management will oversee the Client Account Management team, develop strategic account plans, and ensure client satisfaction and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Client Account Management team, fostering a culture of accountability and strategic thinking
• Develop and execute strategic account management plans to enhance growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, serving as a strategic partner and lead contact for account management matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of customer management or account management leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in developing customer strategies and driving measurable results
• Experience working at a health system or healthcare technology company
• Experience with CRM software and account management tools
