Job Summary

Senior Vice President, Client Services is a full-time, exempt leadership role responsible for leading and scaling the Client Services and Implementation organization, ensuring high-quality client delivery and outcomes while building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Client Services and Implementation to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across all accounts
  • Drive exceptional client outcomes by identifying patterns and continuously evolving delivery strategies
  • Build and scale the organization by hiring top talent and establishing processes for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading Client Services, Implementation, or Delivery organizations at scale
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS, healthcare technology, or life sciences
  • Proven track record of managing customer retention, renewals, and account growth
  • Experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives
  • Strong background in building scalable customer processes and cross-functional collaboration
