Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Enablement Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global vision and strategy for the Enablement ecosystem
• Lead the design and delivery of value-based advisory and enablement programs
• Establish success metrics and accountability frameworks to measure enablement effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enabling, value transformation, or enterprise SaaS leadership
• Proven success building and scaling global enablement organizations
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and monetization of education or services offerings
• Experience leading large, globally distributed teams
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite customers and partners
