Senior Vice President, Energy Advisory

Job Summary

Driving distributed energy resource (DER) advisory and origination, the full-time Senior Vice President, Energy Advisory will manage client engagements, lead a high-performing team, and represent the practice at industry events while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead DER advisory engagements for institutional real estate investors and large commercial and industrial clients, focusing on various energy solutions
• Manage the lifecycle of energy advisory engagements from strategy development to project implementation
• Originate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and thought leadership initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in energy, engineering, finance, or business preferred
• 12+ years of experience in energy markets, DER project development, or energy advisory
• Deep understanding of commercial and institutional real estate energy economics
• Proven track record in originating and closing energy advisory or project development engagements
• Strong financial modeling and commercial structuring skills
