Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President - Health Systems Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as senior lead on a large health system/insurer client, overseeing an integrated team and ensuring impactful work delivery
• Contribute to the agency's Senior Leadership Team, providing insights to enhance client and employee experiences
• Lead, develop, and coach the team while promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of agency experience, specifically with health systems or major insurers
• Experience managing large integrated business accounts ($2MM+)
• Broad knowledge of healthcare communications, including corporate reputation and policy-oriented communications
• Strong understanding of the integrated communications landscape, including digital and creative strategies
• Exceptional management skills and ability to inspire team growth and development
