Job Summary

Leading the development of transformative healthcare solutions, the remote Senior Assistant Vice President, Health & Life Science Program Development & Strategy will architect and operationalize industry-leading capabilities to enhance the claims lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a scalable platform that optimizes claims processing
• Build, hire, and lead a cross-functional team spanning technology, operations, and process excellence
• Lead end-to-end program development from concept to operational maturity, ensuring alignment with strategic vision

Required qualifications

• 10 plus years in healthcare technology, claims operations, or a related field, with 5 plus years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling tech-enabled programs in the healthcare or claims domain
• Expertise in business product strategy, program management, and team leadership
• Deep understanding of healthcare claims lifecycle and clearinghouse operations
• Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
