Senior Vice President Investor Relations

Job Summary

Leading the development of institutional partnerships, the full-time Senior Vice President Investor Relations will establish new distribution channels and investor relationships while leveraging technology to drive growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with target institutional investors to facilitate loan origination
• Negotiate and build contractual agreements addressing compliance and risk management principles
• Measure and report on the performance of institutional relationships within the technology framework

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of mortgage experience in management roles with a focus on institutional client needs
• Demonstrated understanding of retained servicing platforms and regulatory frameworks impacting institutional investors
• Familiarity with loan sales processes, including pooling and execution basics
• Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive committees and boards
• Experience representing an organization at industry conferences and events
