Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to North American executive leadership on complex business and regulatory matters
• Shape and execute the North American legal strategy in alignment with global priorities and business objectives
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and board-related legal support for North American entities

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 12+ years of progressive legal experience advising senior executives
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in leading legal teams
• Deep experience in employment and labor law, commercial matters, and regulatory compliance
