Senior Vice President, National Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, National Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful management and execution of proxy projects, ensuring delivery within required timelines and projected costs
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Strategy teams to support the development of sales estimates, financial analysis, and proposals
• Coordinate effectively with CCS, Operations, and Virtual Meeting teams to meet client expectations and proxy voting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Eight to ten years of professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role within the securities industry
• Experience with proxy services is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to manage multiple, complex proxy campaigns while maintaining compliance with timelines, cost expectations, and quality standards
