Job Summary
Managing client relationships and overseeing project execution, the full-time Senior Vice President, National Account Manager will collaborate with Sales and internal teams to drive successful proxy campaigns in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the management and execution of proxy projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams to develop sales estimates, financial analyses, and proposals
- Participate in sales presentations and support new business development initiatives to strengthen client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Eight to ten years of professional experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the securities industry
- Experience with proxy services is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong analytical skills to support complex project execution and financial review
