Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall workload of the agency analytics team, prioritizing and assigning projects
• Lead the analytics team in providing analytical support to clients
• Collaborate with various departments to understand needs and improve processes for reporting insights

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence
• Extensive experience with Python, SQL, Tableau or similar visualization software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in mentoring and training team members
