Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute data collection frameworks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units
• Partner with cross-functional executives to embed analytics rigor throughout key initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or business intelligence
• Proven experience leading company-wide analytics programs in a fast-moving environment
• Strong background in data operations, statistical analysis, and data governance
• Experience with investment portfolios and/or insurance/financial services analytics
• Track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams
