Senior Vice President of Application Services

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and operational excellence of enterprise application support, the fully remote Senior Vice President of Application Managed Services will oversee large-scale teams, manage client relationships, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead global delivery organizations and oversee budgets and P&L performance
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive operational efficiency and service quality

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT services, application management, or managed services leadership
• Proven success in leading large, geographically distributed teams and enterprise client engagements
• Strong background in application support, service delivery, and ITIL frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with P&L management and business development
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills
