Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in product management
• 10+ years of strategic leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful product strategies
• Strong executive presence with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
