Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strategic leadership and operational excellence within the Care Delivery team
• Oversee capacity planning and demand forecasting to align clinical supply with marketplace performance
• Drive compliance with telehealth regulations and manage risk while optimizing Care Delivery processes using AI

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in Care Delivery/Operations, preferably in an online healthcare marketplace
• Minimum of 8-10 years of managerial experience with a focus on scaling effective teams
• Expertise in data modeling, including SQL and Excel, and experience in workforce planning
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and effective communication with executives
• Experience in leveraging AI for process improvement and operational efficiency
