Job Summary

Leading the post-sales execution for a global B2B SaaS organization, the remote Senior Vice President of Client Delivery will manage the entire customer lifecycle, drive renewals, and mentor senior leaders across customer success and account management functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, success, renewals, and retention
  • Serve as the executive bridge between Sales and post-sales teams to ensure alignment and value realization
  • Establish scalable processes and metrics to measure customer health, engagement, and lifetime value
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in post-sales, customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS organizations
  • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling teams, including senior managers
  • Proven success in leading customer success and retention strategies for a global customer base
  • Strong background in partnering with B2B SaaS sales organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around customer outcomes
