Job Summary
Leading the Project Management discipline, the full-time Senior Vice President of Client Operations will partner with the Head of Operations to establish project management standards, mentor teams, and enhance collaboration across various agency functions while working remotely or in the New York office.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Management function and define the vision and operating model for the agency
- Establish consistent project management standards and implement scalable processes across client teams
- Partner with senior leaders to oversee project setup, delivery, and operational health across accounts
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Client Operations within an agency environment
- Proven experience in leading Project Management teams
- Strong operational, financial, and resource management expertise
- Experience in building scalable processes and driving their adoption
- Excellent executive communication and influence skills
