Senior Vice President of Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Client Services to lead digital transformation and foster strategic partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth and transformation efforts among existing clients and support business development initiatives
• Establish the company as a trusted advisor to senior clients and oversee Client Partners and Directors
• Lead the adoption of innovative digital solutions and foster a culture of excellence within the Client Services team

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in client services roles, with at least 10 years in leadership
• Experience managing a P&L for a $50m USD portfolio
• Expertise in Enterprise Technology, Digital Delivery, Business Development, or Digital Strategy
• Proven success in account growth and managing multi-million dollar accounts
• An empathetic leader who values diversity and has excellent negotiation skills
