Job Summary

Senior Vice President of Client Services is a full-time position responsible for leading client management teams, establishing client account plans, and ensuring operational effectiveness and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads regional teams and maintains client account plans to achieve client satisfaction and retention
• Supports development of client relationships and conducts performance analysis to enhance operational effectiveness
• Implements process improvements and conducts profitability analysis related to client contracts

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or Marketing
• 15-18 years of experience in Client Management/Engagement
