Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business analytics, or customer strategy roles
• Proven success in utilizing segmentation and analytics to improve client profitability and retention
• Strong executive-level communication and advisory skills
• In-depth knowledge of marketing performance and customer lifecycle analytics
• Experience leading a team of analysts, preferably in tech-enabled services or SaaS industries
