Job Summary

Senior Vice President of Compliance is a full-time remote position responsible for facilitating a compliance program that ensures regulatory adherence while supporting business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align regulatory compliance strategies with business objectives
• Monitors regulatory developments and enhances compliance programs to address emerging risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 12+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years in a VP level role or equivalent
• Progressive leadership experience in regulatory compliance or risk management within a regulated industry
• Experience in managing procedural documentation for licensed lines of business
• Proven ability to interpret and manage contractual terms and regulatory clauses in partnership with Legal
