Senior Vice President of Core IT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Core IT to lead centralized IT functions with a focus on security, availability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large organization of Infrastructure professionals and collaborate with division IT leads and the CISO
• Define and implement an IT Service model based on ITIL/COBIT principles, establishing KPIs and SLAs
• Drive strategic modernization initiatives including hybrid cloud adoption and ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in IT Infrastructure with prior senior leadership experience
• Proven track record of transformational change in IT services and infrastructure
• Strong command of IT Service Management principles with experience in SLA and KPI frameworks
• Experience with Cyber Security initiatives and collaboration with CISO organizations
