Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, the full-time remote role will shape corporate strategy, lead M&A execution, and oversee Global Environmental Health & Safety while driving long-term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships to enhance the corporate portfolio
• Drive all aspects of M&A execution, including valuation, structuring, and negotiation
• Provide executive oversight of Global Environmental Health & Safety and the company's pension investment strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or strategic finance
• Strong M&A foundation with proven execution capabilities
• Intellectually curious with the ability to identify emerging technology and market shifts
• Familiarity with digital infrastructure, cloud, and AI technologies
