Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership position within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling a Customer Success organization of 50+ people
  • Deep expertise in the EdTech (K-12) space is strongly preferred
  • Experience implementing AI-powered tools to improve customer outcomes
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
