Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with company goals
- Drive key performance indicators and foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership position within a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience in leading and scaling a Customer Success organization of 50+ people
- Deep expertise in the EdTech (K-12) space is strongly preferred
- Experience implementing AI-powered tools to improve customer outcomes
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
