Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and minimizing churn, the full-time salaried Senior Vice President of Customer Success will lead the post-sales organization remotely, focusing on strategic yield management and ensuring exceptional service quality for publishers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy for upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximize publisher earnings through Freestar's solutions
- Establish operational standards to identify at-risk publishers and implement intervention plans to reduce churn
- Direct the work of VPs and Directors, providing mentorship to enhance leadership capabilities across the department
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in ad tech
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding and ad serving mechanics
- Proven track record of developing yield optimization strategies that drive financial uplift for publishers
- Experience managing a multi-tiered leadership team and scaling technical organizations
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
