Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and technical Senior Vice President of Customer Success, the full-time remote position will manage post-sales operations, focusing on driving revenue growth through yield management and product adoption while minimizing churn through exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy for upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximize publisher earnings
- Establish operational standards to identify at-risk publishers and implement intervention plans to reduce churn
- Direct the work of VPs and Directors, mentoring leadership capabilities across the department
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in ad tech
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding and ad serving mechanics
- Proven track record in developing yield optimization strategies that drive financial uplift
- Experience managing a multi-tiered leadership team and scaling technical organizations
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
