Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 15+ years of leadership in data, digital transformation, or services, preferably in SaaS or financial services
• Proven success managing large-scale global teams and operational budgets
• Expertise in AI & Machine Learning, Cloud Modernization, and Data & Analytics Strategy
• Experience with change management and operational excellence
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
