Required Qualifications

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in building and leading complex technical engineering teams
• 10+ years of production-level experience in scalable and reliable software development
• Experience in developing and delivering a multi-year vision and strategy
• Proven ability to attract, hire, and coach top engineering talent
