Senior Vice President of Denials

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize performance across departments
• Align departmental goals with company-wide objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Oversee the Denials line of business to obtain quantifiable results and set priorities for direct reports

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing denials and/or complex claims
• Proven experience overseeing diverse operational functions, including denials
• Knowledge and understanding of financials, hospital revenue cycle process, and familiarity with healthcare and provider data sets
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
