Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 12 years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering or application development
• 7 years of people management experience
• 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience managing teams in Microsoft development language environments
