Senior Vice President of Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Development to lead its fundraising efforts and manage a development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3+ year fundraising strategy to support organizational growth
• Manage and provide leadership to a three-person development team
• Oversee the full spectrum of fundraising activities, including individual giving and corporate partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fundraising within a nonprofit organization
• Proven track record of securing $500K+ gifts from various funding sources
• Experience working with national funders
• Strong knowledge of educational and opportunity access issues
• Experience with Salesforce or similar fundraising management systems
