Job Summary

Transforming the digital landscape, the full-time Senior Vice President of Engineering will lead the strategy and execution of customer-facing digital platforms, driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition and experience in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the strategy, development, delivery, and optimization of customer-facing digital platforms and applications
• Drives measurable improvements in customer acquisition, funnel conversion, and overall customer experience outcomes
• Implements artificial intelligence and modern engineering practices across the software development lifecycle to enhance productivity and delivery velocity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive technology and software engineering experience, with at least 8 years in senior engineering leadership roles
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within financial services or similarly regulated industries
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology
• Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies and cloud-native architectures
• Experience implementing artificial intelligence and automation technologies within enterprise environments
