Senior Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Accountable for engineering delivery and talent management, the full-time Senior Vice President of Engineering will lead product delivery across teams, define operational models, and enhance AI-enabled development workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product delivery across engineering teams and resolve cross-team dependencies
• Define and standardize engineering operating models to improve workflow and delivery predictability
• Operationalize AI-enabled development workflows and enhance quality engineering functions

Required Qualifications

• Proven executive experience in engineering at the SVP or CTO level within a growth-stage SaaS company
• Experience leading a global engineering team of 150+ and building scalable staffing models
• Strong engineering foundation with a background in high-performing individual contributor roles
• Experience in operationalizing AI-enabled development workflows in production environments
• Familiarity with vertical SaaS, regulated industries, or mission-critical software is a plus
