Job Summary

Leading the Enrollment Strategy subdivision, the remote Senior Vice President of Enrollment Strategy will oversee strategic direction, sales and revenue oversight, and innovation initiatives while managing senior leaders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the Enrollment Strategy subdivision by developing and executing strategic initiatives informed by higher education trends
• Monitors sales activity and revenue generation, providing recommendations for offerings and pricing
• Supervises senior leaders and manages staffing and workflow to ensure effective team performance and scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent life/work experience
• 10 or more years of experience in higher education and data science
• Strong knowledge of enrollment management and financial aid processes
• Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms in a remote work environment
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
