Job Summary

Driving enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Vice President of Enterprise Transformation will manage cross-functional collaboration, develop integrated value propositions, and oversee the launch of new offerings while ensuring client engagement and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support portfolio and gap analysis to identify opportunities for bundling and modularizing offerings
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to validate ideas and align internal teams behind the transformation strategy
• Define and oversee operations and infrastructure required for delivering new offerings, ensuring quality and compliance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in launching new products or consulting offerings in the life sciences or technical consulting domain
• Expertise in market intelligence and translating insights into client solutions that deliver measurable value
• Comfort with digital platforms and experience in designing or deploying digital collaboration tools
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of influencing and motivating stakeholders
• Advanced degree in life sciences or engineering, complemented by business credentials (MBA or similar)
