Senior Vice President of Execution

Job Summary

To support the SS&C Health team, the full-time Senior Vice President of Execution will manage cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic operations, and serve as a trusted partner to the General Manager in a remote role based in South Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Run the business rhythm by partnering with the GM to set priorities and align the leadership team with business goals
• Drive the operating cadence through the design and execution of leadership meetings and strategic offsites
• Translate strategy into actionable recommendations, providing structured analysis for high-stakes decisions across growth, technology, and operations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in an executive, strategy, operations, consulting, or business-leadership role with significant scope
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy development and operational execution
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions
• Exceptional analytical skills with a talent for clear communication in both written and verbal forms
• Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
